So where are the new rites of passage? The answer is intense human encounter? It is in our daily struggles with each other that we define ourselves and experience the four qualities of initiation. How can we 'elder' our children knowing that...peace is not the absence of conflict but the beginning of it.

How the Training and Implementation Process Works

The Social Inclusion Approach seeks to deepen and further existing socially inspired practice within the school community. As social inclusion is of community wide concern, teachers, parents and students are very actively involved in the process. The training is broken down into three distinct yet closely linked phases. Each phase usually lasts around one school year.
